The champagne is opened when the engine stops, and the sushi comes aboard before you do. And if what you have in mind isn't on the list — the boat set up for a birthday, a proposal, an anniversary — ask anyway: if it can be found on the island, we'll try. All by WhatsApp, with 48 hours' notice, and the price always upfront.

Little, and well chosen.
Towels, the cooler and the snacks are already on board when you arrive. This is what goes in the bag.
- Swimsuit on or in the bag — nobody has ever regretted bringing one.
- Sunscreen. At sea the sun hits twice: from above and off the water.
- A cap and sunglasses.
- Something light with long sleeves if your trip runs into the evening.
- Shoes that come off easily: on board, everyone goes barefoot.
With children
No minimum age. There are life jackets on board for every age, the little ones included. Tell us how many are coming and how old, and we'll have them ready before you step aboard.
How many of you
The whole boat is yours, so there's no need to let us know if you end up six or eight. Eight is the maximum, by the boat's certificate.

Fifteen minutes before your time, at the pontoon gate. We'll meet you there and walk you to the boat, which is already waiting.

Where to park
Puerto Colón has two paid car parks: one by the marina and one on the upper level of the shopping centre, with the entrance next to the taxi rank. Either is a short walk to the pontoon.
If you're running late
The boat will be ready and waiting, but the return time doesn't move: what's lost on land isn't made up at sea.

That's the margin that gets you out on time. Nothing else needed — the rest is done.

Who's in charge
A captain from here, who has never done anything but the sea, and a crew member who came from luxury hospitality. When the weather turns, you can tell who's in charge of the boat.
What's left to pay
The remaining 50 % is paid before we cast off: in cash (up to €999, by law), by card or via PayPal.
Safety
Before leaving the harbour, the captain takes two minutes to run through what you need to know about the boat and safety. After that, there's only the sea.
Plans change. So does the sea.
Here's what happens in each case, no small print.
If you change
A different date or duration
Up to 48 hours before departure, free of charge and subject to availability. One WhatsApp and it's moved.
If you have to cancel
More than 48 hours ahead, a 100 % refund. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50 %. Less than 24 hours, or a no-show, no refund. Cancellations are made in writing, and the date we receive them is the one that counts.
If the sea changes
The forecast is checked the day before
Before every trip the captain checks the sea state and the forecast. If we have to cancel, we'll let you know with as much notice as the sea allows.
If we cancel
You get 100 % of what you've paid back, or a new date if you prefer. The weather is nobody's fault — least of all yours.
Who decides
The captain has the final word. It's what keeps every trip safe — and comfortable: heading out in rough seas is no one's idea of a good day.
